  • Camp runs from 9am through 12pm - it is recommended to arrive a few minutes early to check in and on the first day we ask you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to kickoff to allow us to get your jersey

    • WATER BOTTLE (ESSENTIAL FOR HYDRATION)

    • SUNSCREEN (OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED IF ITS STILL SUNNY!)

  • Player safety is our highest priority. Top Bins Camps will operate whenever conditions are safe to do so. However, camps may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to severe weather, lightning, unsafe field conditions, excessive heat, or when the host facility determines that fields or grounds are unsuitable for use in order to protect participant safety or prevent damage to the playing surface.

    We will follow the host organization's weather and field closure policies and make every effort to notify families by 8:00 a.m. on the affected day.

    As camp staffing, equipment, transportation, uniforms, insurance, and other operating costs are incurred prior to the start of camp, refunds will not be provided for weather-related interruptions or cancellations.

    If weather results in the loss of a camp session, Top Bins may, at its discretion, offer a make-up session, credit toward a future camp or clinic, or other alternative programming where practical. Any such arrangements will be communicated directly to registered families.
